Cirqa’s cuisine is inspired by the taste and ingredients of the traditional Arequipenean countryside picanterías, but in a contemporary format.

With enticing aromas carried throughout the city, our kitchen team was immediately inspired by the native blend of flavours. While Arequipenean gastronomy is known for its abundance, use of local ingredients and spice, Cirqa adds a refined touch to every dish. All lunch and dinner options, locally-inspired or all-time classics, captivate the essence of Arequipa, its heritage, legacy and traditions.

María Fe is both executive chef at Titilaka and at Cirqa. Ensuring the same level of quality as in Titilaka, Maria Fe designed Cirqa’s menu to offer a unique take on Arequipenean cuisine, with a special emphasis on local ingredients

MOISES MACEDO
Head chef

Our enthusiastic Chef Moises is ready to delight you with Cirqa’s exquisite menu. With extensive experience in Peruvian and international Cuisine, Moises blends local flavour with international design. Having studied at the Cascade Culinary Institute, he pays attention to every little detail and delivers on his motto that “The customer always deserves the best experience”.

Rooftop eatery

The rooftop eatery is planned to open late 2019. Accompanied by an organic garden, guests will get amazing 360º views of the city, Cathedral, surrounding volcanoes and mountains. Since the eatery is separate from the hotel, outside guests will also be able to indulge in some of Cirqa’s refined Arequipa-inspired dishes.
